When I was 20 my Physics professor made it clear at the outset that it was irrational to be an Atheist. He pointed out that it was irrefutable on many scientific and philosophical fronts that the universe had a beginning. Creation had to have a Creator. Space, time and matter leapt into existence at some finite point in the past from nothing! The Big Bang! Einstein’s Theory of Relativity proved it in 1916.
I immediately saw the logic in his argument and became a Deist.

We are all looking for answers. All of us. Without exception. We see the world that we live in, the world in which we were all born and can’t help but think “What’s the point?” If we only knew more we could answer that question. If we only knew The Truth, we would know “The Point”.
Outside of our blue planet the physical universe is hostile to life. Even within our blue planet most areas are inhabitable to mankind. We begin to teach our children from the moment Read more [...]
What were you born for?
If you're here reading this then you must be interested in Apologetics. We know then that you were born for this, or you wouldn't be interested.
But how deep does that interest go? How much of you was designed around Apologetics? Is its purpose merely ancillary to another larger purpose? Or is it the main theme and purpose of your very being? Does your soul sing and resonate with Apologetics?
Do you feel incomplete unless you are actively engaged in understanding Read more [...]
What do I know for certain? That you can't ever stop thinking. Also, one should lead with his thoughts, not his feelings. Yet, thinking cannot operate without a constant ear to the heart, because, after all, we are not mere machines: we were given a mind, a heart and a soul. Three points of reference that we must triangulate to find our direction. A base of operations made of three components.
Everything that we have was given to us. Did WE create our bodies? Did WE create the cosmos? Our very Read more [...]
Standing Our Ground
There are three components to standing our ground for the Christian World View.
1) Prepare our children for the onslaught of intellectual predators.
2) Strengthen and maintain the faith of all believers through reason.
3) Build a bridge to those on the “other side” with the reasons for our faith.
There are two methods for standing our ground for the Christian World View.
1) Aiki jiu jitsu Apologetics
2) Taekwondo Apologetics

Majority Rule is Mob Rule!
An atheist recently stated macroevolution was true because the majority of scientists believe it's true. Is anything right because the majority of people believe it’s true? Or is it exactly the opposite?
Is truth determined by the majority?
Our society assumes scientists are on the cutting edge of intellectual honesty and truth. But are they? Or could it be they are like the average person who doesn’t question established authority? Could it Read more [...]
It doesn’t matter what I think about before I actually begin to write. There are no “ideas” that will aid the process. None.
Yes, the left brain, the intellect, will always try.
On one hand I appreciate its efforts, because it was designed to look for solutions, but it can’t solve problems it doesn’t understand.
More than that, the intellect cannot understand that it cannot understand creativity and what goes on in the imaginative creative realm of the right brain! Why? Read more [...]
All serious Atheists, Deists, Theists, Pantheists, Physicists and Macro-Evolutionists are equally RIGHT about one common belief:
The purpose of life is to seek and find the truth.
They can all agree on that. It is their one common denominator. Truth. It all boils down to that. Not emotions. Not thoughts. Emotions can’t always be trusted; thoughts can’t always be trusted. Truth can always be trusted.
Yet the unique, unshared fundamental and foundational beliefs of each of Read more [...]
I am a “Tent Making Apologist”. You could also say I’m a “One Dollar Apologist”. Both terms refer to the same thing.
The Apostle Paul was a tent maker by trade. That is how he often earned his living, not by speaking The Truth to the gentiles which is how we all came to know him. He earned his living one way but the purpose and passion of his life was far different.
Similarly a “One Dollar Apologist” refers to someone who burns with the Apologetics fire but doesn’t Read more [...]
Today I want to talk about humility, about the importance of humility and the fact that salvation itself is impossible without it!
Before I became a Christian I didn’t believe in a personal God. I thought I was on my own, that everything was up to me and if anything were to happen I had to make it so. But the result of this self-directed life was failure, and many of those I loved were injured in the fallout.
God always had a plan for me, but I wasn’t listening. My pride prevented it.
